Who is Serena?
Serena Bartlett is a New England based multidisciplinary artist. She graduated from Lesley University in 2023 with BFAs in Animation & Motion Media and Illustration. She has experience directing, producing, storyboarding and designing for animation and is proficient in both digital and analog illustration
Serena grew up in a household of artists and creativity. She developed a strong passion for the visual arts and she later evolved a love for the moving image as well as voice over when she began to watch more animation. The collision of these interests led her to studying animation and illustration where she developed a distinct visual voice, seeking to blend her illustrative techniques and storytelling to create new worlds and characters
